RAMESH SETHURAMAN, Director
Ramesh Sethuraman has around 28 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked in various IT companies ranging from Products to Tier 1 IT services to start- up companies. He has very strong experience in Technology management, Global delivery, Account management,
Operations, People management and Strategic initiatives.
He has extensive experience in the Product Engineering domain (both in the embedded space and applications area) in Windows, Non Stop Kernel, Linux and Embedded platforms. He was instrumental in starting several offshore development centers for the MNC clients and growing
them from scratch to several hundred people.
He has won several awards for innovation, business development and people management in the companies that he worked for.
He has been the Advisor and Consultant for several IT start-up companies in the Technology, Gaming, Education and IT Design services domain in addition to investing in some of these companies.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University. He loves to listen to old Tamil and Hindi songs and passionate about Entrepreneurship, nurturing small companies and grooming future Managers and Entrepreneurs.
Mohan Bethur, Director
Mohan is an accomplished Engineering, Security, Operations and Strategy leader with over 23 years of global experience and has held various Management and Engineering positions at Adobe, Netscape/AOL and Vitria Technologies.
He is passionate about Cyber Security and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
As a Security leader at Adobe, he successfully led the FedRAMP (http://www.fedramp.gov) initiative and HIPAA compliance; and successfully managed Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) project.
He has M.Sc. in Computer Science from Canada and B.E. (Computer Science) from Bangalore, India.
